Got my first cut at Carol's today! It was a nice little treat for myself. They have a badass little shop dog that has super good manners and greets everyone with a wagging tale.

I came in with my hair in basically dreads that had dreaded themselves into eachother, it had been like that for about 4 months, I had gotten a bad perm. I spoke with Ashley and Madison, and booked a 9 hour appointment to detangle my hair. After 10 hours, and two new best friends, i left feeling more confident than i have in months. These ladies were extremely patient, supportive, and just all around amazing. they explained things to me in detail and I am just so glad I came here to deal with my hair. Thank you so much ladies!

Thanks so much to Katie that did an amazing job with color correction on my hair today. It's beautiful and I am thrilled. Such a fun salon. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming.
