Bobby and his apprentice were fantastic! I called Fri afternoon & they came out Mon morning. They showed up early and did a lot more than expected. Bobby explained everything and made sure I was good before making the repairs. I had a leaking faucet valve and a surprise hot water valve that needed replaced. They also replaced two other supply line valve knobs and a garbage disposal, plumbed the kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks. Way more than the original ask! Bobby even came back to fix faulty drain assemblies with better gaskets. And the bill was very reasonable. 10/10

Belks is one of those companies who have integrity, actually care, and try to help as much as they possibly can. I've had them come out to my tenant occupied rental property to work on a commode clog. This same issue happened again (not due to house plumbing) but were unable to come out right away. They talked on the phone with me at length for what the problem could be, (they remembered earlier calls and knew history of what was going on) and then actually recommended another company who could come out same day. Belks did the pex conversion to our house before we took possessionNo issues at all! They came and cleared a grease clog. No issues since. Belks came to install a new frost free faucet for us a couple months ago. While in the crawlspace, Chris discover our shower drain had come disconnected, sludge all over the crawlspace. Who knows how long we might have gone without this discovery. This led to a insurance claim with our entire bathroom being torn out due to water damage. ? Now, after a brutal battle with Allstate, our bathroom is nearing completion. Who do you think I called to reconnect all the plumbing? BELKS PLUMBING!
