Our family just recently moved into our home here in Spokane and after 1 yellow jacket queen came through our fire place we knew we wanted to get ahead of any pest problems. We signed up for a year long contract with them, feeling grateful we can contact them for pest reasons in between quarterly services if needed. Our opening technician Jessie Flower was on time and very efficient. I was impressed with her knowledge and her expertise when answering my questions.

Pointe Pest Control has been great to work with. I appreciate the advanced notice when it's time for my quarterly service. Brandon provided the indoor treatment today and was friendly, courteous (put on shoe covers before entering my home), listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. I was killing the ants before they had time to take the poison back to their nest. They answer the phone when I call and will come out in between scheduled visits if needed.

Pointe Pest Called Ahead To Confirm Treatment Date , Jonathan P. Showed up On Time Went Over There Treatment To be Performed , Showed Them A Concern &They Treated It , Very Professional Checked With Us If We Had Any Additional Concerns Before Finishing Service .
