Floor and Home by Carpet One Liberty Lake
“If it weren’t for Lauren, we likely would have taken our business elsewhere. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely at ease with the renovation process, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients.
Lauren even came to our home personally to take measurements and walk through additional questions, ensuring everything was accurate and we felt confident moving forward. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made starting this project not only possible but enjoyable.
This level of service is rare, and the store is truly lucky to have her. Lauren is the reason we started this project here, and she’s the reason we’ll continue to recommend this place to others.”
