I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Krauss and her office staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. Whether it was adjusting my prescription or helping me understand the best options for long-term eye health or picking out the best frame for my glasses, I felt supported. If you are looking for an eye doctor who blends expertise with empathy, look no further.
All the staff are very professional and personable and friendly voices. The one thing that stands out for me is I am greeted as soon as I enter the office and by name ! My Dr. Sarah is great so glad to have her .
I have been to many optometrists, and let me tell you the customer service is the best I have ever had. Dr. Krauss and staff did an amazing taking care of me. Looking forward to my next appointment.
