Joanna Dunn curated a wonderful yoga retreat in Isla Mujeres. Her experience in this area shines through as she anticipates all the needs of the group and communicates in a clear way. Her down-to-earth approach is very approachable to those with little experience in yoga and meditation. At the same time, experienced yogi's are provided opportunities to deepen their practice and explore creative somatic movement. I had a wonderful experience with just the right balance of self-exploration, space for myself, and connection with friends.

I have participated in Joanna's yoga classes, balance workshops, daylong retreats and weekend retreats throughout the last decade. No matter if it's an hour long or an entire weekend, I leave the space and Joanna with a sense of learning, restoration and peace. I highly recommend her retreats if you're seeking a soul-nurturing experience with a amazing leader and an welcoming group of people.

My husband and I attended Joanna's 'Rest, Relax and Reset Retreat' at Stowel Lake Farm on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia. It was absolutely everything we had imagined and hoped for. I have practiced yoga regularly for 25 years; my husband has been practicing for about 4 years. Joanna was able to generously and creatively accomodate our varying needs and skill levels while still making all attendees feel welcomed and cared for. I acquired new ways to think about how my body moves and is aligned in familiar asanas, as well as learning new ways to integrate of somatic movement into my practice.
