I am new to the area and have always ordered my groceries online at my previous towns Walmart for either pick-up or delivery. This stores inventory does not match what is available in-store, often. Not only is this beyond frustrating for the customer, it costs the staff unnecessary time shopping for items that are not inventoried/ordered properly. Wildly ineffective and consistently disappointing for such a large and successful business. Sadly, I am taking my business to a different location.

Placed an order for delivery from this walmart, received a text saying it would be late. After waiting 2 hrs. past the delivery time received a text saying to check my email it was not getting delivered. The email said the driver tried to deliver but couldn't. I have been sitting here looking out the window and NO ONE tried to deliver. I called the store and asked to speak to the mgr. The store operator connected me with Brad who wouldn't let me finish my sentence and transferred me to the pick-up delivery line.
