I had a work event up in this area, and on my lunch break thought I’d pop in just to get a couple of staples I knew I needed ahead of my wedding. When I got there, I ended up asking for a bit of help just to find a decent foundation. Right away a very helpful sales associate named Mariah (I think that was her name? She’s the one with dark hair who does eyebrows there!) greeted me and sat me down right away. She recommend the new benefit foundation and tries 2 shades, 1 was a perfect match! I shared with her my friend was doing my makeup for me, and showed her a few reference photos I was using and she continued to recommend a few key products, all were winners! She showed me how to do my eyebrows with the kit, and had a perfect lipstick (pillow talk by charlotte tilbury) that I got so many compliments on! She explained how to use products, and even gave me samples of both foundations so I could try both and choose which one closer to the time of the wedding (in case I got more tan). Really helpful and above and beyond customer service! My friend loved working with the products Mariah suggested (also the pillow talk lip liner, and tarte face tape? concealer). She had a scheduled brow appt arrive when she was still helping me, and then after she finished she found me again to continue helping.
My wedding makeup on actual wedding day worked out PERFECT and I was stunned. I work up in Snohomish county and will be sure to revisit when I need to restock! Thanks for a great experience, it was clear everyone here really cared about making the shopping experience a good one for people.

Special recognition to Lan Dooley for a super great haircut and highlights. You spend all morning in my curly hair and left it completely awesome. You have such a good vibe and went above and beyond for me, despite the inconvenience with my appointment that was not showing up on your system, you still made time for me and completed my service. Erin was amazing 10s across the board. She made this experience so nice, easy and quick. My cousin and I went to this ulta looking for her and her fiance's wedding frangances. When I say she helped us the entire time and told us about a coupon while walking to check out! Her customer service was everything! Can't thank her enough

This store is completely out of pocket. My mother went in to dye her hair on MOTHERS DAY, and Ashley was very rude to my mother, had a smart mouth and sent my mother home CRYING on Mother’s Day. This is unbelievable and unprofessional behavior.
