The employees at this Lakewood store are awesome!! I bought gift cards that I misplaced. Tried to get help from customer service. What a joke most incompetent service I've ever dealt with. Pass the buck 4 times to 4 different numbers. Went to the store and after their hard work they replaced my cards. I forgot to get their names but you know who you are. Merry Christmas!!

Erin the Arch Expert is fantastic at brows! She has a strong attention to detail. I’ve received brow waxes, laminations & tints from her & I trust her heavily with my brows. As a hairstylist myself, I am very particular about the beauty service provider I choose. She is worth every penny of investment & puts my anxiety to rest. Brows truly frame the face & can make or break one’s facial symmetry. Not only is she great at providing these services, but she puts in the extra effort to talk about home care/how to style my brows from home. Lan is absolutely amazing! I booked her last minute and was able to secure a haircut and gloss same day. I got exactly what I had asked for (I showed her an inspo pic) and she delivered! She was so friendly and her energy is unmatched; I’ll be back in 3 months!
