The Wrap Ninjas

I would strongly caution anyone considering Wrap Ninja’s in Kent.
I paid to have my Toyota wrapped, and what should have been a simple cosmetic upgrade turned into months of issues, repairs, and frustration.
The first wrap was extremely poor—bubbling, lifting seams, and sections not even properly secured within days. Even the owner agreed it was unacceptable and said to bring it back and they would fix it.
The most alarming issue happened on my drive home: when I used my windshield washer fluid, green antifreeze sprayed onto my windshield. Toyota later confirmed Wrap Ninja’s had crossed the antifreeze and washer fluid lines during reassembly of the vehicle, again the owner admitted fault for this and offered to have someone he knew repair it for me, which of course I did not do.
After returning it for a re-wrap, I got the vehicle back with additional damage, my automatic windows stopped working, window clips and runs were broken on the windshield trim pieces and were stuck sticking up. Toyota found damage consistent with improper reinstallation, including use of glue instead of properly securing parts.
My repair costs totaled almost $4k not including weeks without my vehicle, multiple dealership visits, and the ongoing inconvenience.
While the owner initially admitted fault and said he would make things right, he later claimed these issues were “problems that could arise” when wrapping a vehicle.
I would not recommend ever using Wrap Ninja’s.

The Wrap Ninjas did an amazing job on my 4Runner! It came out way better than I expected it to. The pictures really don’t do it justice. They were really easy to work with and very communicative. I’ll definitely be using them for any future wraps!

The quality of the wrap and window tint exceeded my expectations as well as the attention to detail, clean installation, and overall finish really stood out. They took the time to answer questions, offered helpful design input, and completed the job on schedule. They did wrap jobs for our three Soap Box Derby cars and did terrific work from start to finish. They worked with our kids to design the look according to each one’s interests. The shape of the cars was probably a bit challenging, but the outcome was great.

Wrap Ninjas did an amazing job on my custom car wrap and tints. Great communication, highly professional, high quality work, and fairly priced. They inspect the car a week after wrapping just in case any adjustments need to be made. There were just a few small spots that needed to be touched up, and they got it done within a couple of hours, free of charge. This is a small family owned business and they will do everything they can to make sure you are a happy customer. Highly recommend!
