Very hit or miss, if you get the correct hair stylist you get a good haircut. If you get the wrong one she just shaves your head. I have gotten the best haircut here and the absolute worst one I have had in 20 years today. Make sure you know who to use as your hair stylist.

They are really great with my son who is ADHD. I take all my boys and husband there. Very friendly and my son wanted a change in cut but couldn't decide so the stylist helped him decide and she was amazing

I don’t know who cut my husbands hair today but I’ve been cutting it for the last 5 years I’ve sense hung up my clippers to join the medical field and have been very anxious about letting anyone touch his hair cause he got a weird head if you don’t know what your doing but today they did very good on his hair I’ll be sending him back for more cuts as for the comments about booking appointments online sport clips has never done appointments they’ve never done them you can check in online to hold a spot in line if other people get there before you arrive they will cut their hair first cause it’s first come first serve don’t be entitled and rude and tip well these barbers are working hard to make you look good

Very overpriced! I used to pay $19 for my son's haircut. Past visit was charged $28 for standard haircut. I understand inflation, but this is unacceptable. We have been going to Sports Clips for many years, but that was our last visit.Service: Haircut

I used their app, checked in, waited patiently in my car (40 min) until it was approximately 10 minutes before my turn. I was greated by an unhappy looking employee and I sat down among three gentlemen. I quickly received a text saying I was on deck. Read it on the big reader board and then boom, I had been bumped, TWICE, making my wait time an additional 20 minutes. Who has time for this crap. Why can't we make appointments?? I haven't had this trouble at the Bonney Lake location.
