If you go on Juanita's site at the bottom, all it is, is a list of complaints of every business that she does business. I looked because I have gone there for years, and never had anything but kindness and great service so her remarks did not seem true. Her site is full of complaints do it must be something she enjoys

There are 3 main aspects I judge nail places on. Customer service Technique Materials I have been to this place on multiple occasions over the course of 6-7 years. I grew up in the area, I have tried places in Tacoma, and even LA. However, nothing matches the nostalgia I have coming to this place, I like being true to my roots, & I support their business. I haven't gotten a full set on a regular basis for some time, not only COVID but also due to my past occupation. So after driving by multiple times while running errands, I decided to come in.
