Massage was okay. Limited English speaking, most workers use phone for translation. Unable to communicate needs properly. There were times that I felt man-handled on parts of the massage, mainly my face. I had to clinch my eyes and my jaw to prevent his fingers going into to mouth or eyes. They did do hot stones which was nice...tipping was also an issue. I didn't have my receipt for more than 5 seconds when he said something in his phone, which translated that I forgot tipping. For that, I tipped much lower than I usually do.

Seriously best massage I have ever had. The staff was very nice, and were able to accommodate me for an hour long massage last minute. The person who did my massage really got deep into the spots I had knots and left me feeling totally relaxed. I live 1 1/2 hours away and will happily make the drive to come back!

I really recommend this place. Alice gave me an unforgettable experience. There are free masks in the store, massage is professional, and music is relaxing. I don't need to buy a group, and they also gave me preferential prices. I will come back again.
