Going to this salon was definitely a good experience, the workers were kind and the dog was very cute. But when it came to the perm it was going well until it came to the actual haircut, that's where it started to fail. The reference photos I showed were all very similar and seeming to be straight forward. When the actual cut started to go down the stylist seemed to just ignore the reference photos and gave me the opposite of what I wanted. The cut just didn't reflect the references photos fully. Overall, I had a good experience, but the haircut was just lackluster and I wouldn't go here for a haircut, a perm yes.

It has been more than 5 years since I’ve been to a hairstylist. I went there for a layered cut with wispy bangs. I was nervous because the last time my hair was layered and had bangs was when I was in my early 20s. But I wanted a softer look now that I’m getting older. The lady didn’t disappoint at all. She was very patient and took her time with me. She also styled my hair after. I was in awe after I put on my eyeglasses. My hair felt very light and bouncy and I’ve never felt so pretty, being a grandma and all. 😅 I forgot to ask her name. You did such a wonderful job. I will surely come back. The little doggie was so adorable too. Very well behaved. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼

Lady was rude and her dog kept trying to bite me, very unprofessional behavior do not recommend whatsoever, also the salon has a very bad odor to it made it almost unbearable to be in there.

I had a sad experience. I was hoping to get my highlights retouched. But I only noticed when i got home how orange my hair is at the back and light at the front.
The assistant with lip piercing was so rough with shampooing my hair. Talks rudely too. As soon as I lay down at the shampoo chair she just smack a towel on my face without warning. She started the water so cold, pulled the foils roughly and yanks my hair if there were tangles. The same happened when she was blow drying my hair. I didn’t say anything because she was nice at first. I didn’t even talk the whole time i was there since no one talks to me (which is totally fine) so I’m pretty sure I didn’t do anything that triggered that. I don’t know why i was treated that way. Although the stylist was nice. And blew dry my hair very softly. I hope the back was shown to me before I tipped greatly, you know, how other salons do it. As I sincerely thanked the assistant after paying, she just looked at me so I tried to quickly leave, the hairstylist hurriedly thanked me which softened how I felt. I had high hopes cause only Korean salons has done great on my hair
