I ordered my bridal bouquet & groom’s boutonniere there. The florists were very knowledgeable and patient when communicating with the details, and they made the best bouquet I can hope for! Highly recommended!!
I normally get flowers sent to me from my boyfriend by this business, and haven’t ordered from them until this past Saturday, October 11, 2025. I put in a very last minute order around 6 in the morning and by noon, the order was delivered. The recipient was so happy and overwhelmed with the arrangement I sent her for her birthday. I honestly did not expect for Crane’s to come through. I actually was expecting a call advising me that the order could not be fulfilled. But to my surprise, it was better than expected. Great service and quality bouquet! I called to ask a few clarifying questions before submitting an order online for same-day delivery. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind. They have an easy online ordering process.
I’ve ordered from a different florist (in a different city) where they would send a photo of the final bouquet to the person placing the order which I appreciated because I’m always left wondering what it looks like (especially, if the recipient doesn’t send a photo). Perhaps this is something you could incorporate? Otherwise, wonderful presentation and service. I would definitely recommend!
