I have appointment today whit my puppy 1 year golden-doodle She is very friendly but she is sensitive whet sometimes they touch in she pee inside in the groomer tell me next time pee before in explaining I back today her appointment in my puppy she bark in she is VERY RUDE HER NAME. REBECA , VERY BAD ACTITUD, I look in her face in tell I cancel my appointment I don’t want you touch my dog because she say ONE MORE TIME BARK SHE DONT MAKE SERVICE , is very disappointed unsatisfactory how she treats my dog ..

I feel like same people take thing for granted. You are in good location… but cleaning is a must! The first you walk in this place look dirty. Smell bad since you walk in. Owner needs some inspection. Dog was trimmed not great had missing spots eyes not cleaned . They offered to clean with some sharp scissors… I’m a dog owner for 3 years there are tools groomers have that clean nice and trimming safe. I really don’t get why people gave 5 starts . Made me think that dirty place is normal for many and they don’t pay attention.

I groom my mini schnauzer at home but she hates getting her nails clipped or dremeled. I have been to the salon 4 times for a walk in nail trim. The groomers have always been kind, friendly, and fast. I call ahead to be sure someone has time to do a walk in and they have always done her quick service immediately, takes a few minutes rather than the hour plus it would take me to do it. My dog only has to have scary nail time for a couple minutes saving her the stress, extra helpful as her nails are black and grow very quickly. Highly recommend!

There cool. Prices reasonable. They do a good job cant complain. Shes a Yorkie but i prefer a more streamlined short haircut my self. They do accommidate . Other than a little thing here or there thats always been addressed . As of now. Ill claim um... lol .
