I did my first review on the place giving it five stars. I have since continued going and still have not any complaints about this place it's clean the women that work there are all extremely nice and listen to your requests without making you feel like you shouldn't get something you want. They have lots of options with the dipping powder and do the ombre pink and White's different shades which I like to get quite often. I get my eyebrows waxed every time I come to get a fill and they always do an excellent job clean them trim them wax them and get any little hairs that are left behind and then put a cooling gel on them. Love this place! Super friendly staff, clean and pretty on the inside, 20/10 highly recommend, love the nails!! Best place in Lake Stevens hands down! Finally found my favorite nail and spa!
The employees were very friendly and quick, but the quality was underwhelming ($73 classic mani/pedi). I asked for nail polish removal, trim, and clear polish- you can see the finished product reveals uneven nails and they don’t look professional. I expected higher quality, especially for a simple procedure.
