Traci is the new owner of this salon, and has been the owner of Luminous Nail Lounge, also in Lake Stevens, for several years. I have been a client of hers since she started at Luminous, and she is fabulous! All of the staff are lovely and do great work. Their customer service is on point. Love that now I can receive excellent service at two locations! I highly recommend LS Nails and Luminous Nail Lounge.
Spa was clean. Everything was ready and all equipment was clean. Time was efficient. There was no waiting. One worker did my pedicure. She was careful, thorough and friendly. Another employee did my manicure very skillfully.
Fabulous experience at LS Nails! Love the decor, ambiance, and most of all the service there! ALWAYS happy with my nails! Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello! Love Jenny, Traci, and honestly everyone there has been 5 star! My absolute favorite nail salon!
