I have haircut anxiety from a Duvall employee who ruined my hair. Their manager Alicia is wonderful and did fix it. I wasn’t able to get into see her so I too a chance and went into Lake Stevens Great Clips yesterday. Gina was wonderful, she listened to my concerns, communicated every step of my haircut. I just got a trim but some don’t understand the memo from my experience. I styled my hair today and Gina did an excellent job, providing me the exact service I asked for. I will definitely be back again to see her. Thank you Gina! 🩷🩷🩷
Decent and quick haircut. Good value.

Pros - Followed instructions and quick 8 min haircut.
Cons - Forceful. My neck is sore. Push down and away forcefully even though my neck was not able to go that far.
I didn't say anything in the store.
Would have tipped if bedside manner was better. She also conversed and interacted more with her coworkers than me. Showed very little interest except getting through the long line of walking.
I probably won't go back to this one for awhile.

Came in as a random walk-in for a haircut, and John gave me the best haircut of my life! And while I was paying I noticed one of my he women that works at Creative Clips in Everett, which used to be the only place I would get a hair cut. Now I have two! Will definitely be a returning costumer.
