I like some of their products, but I haven’t had a very good experience with the staff here. One time I asked for help finding a product and the store was out. Which was fine… but then the staff member insisted I buy a couple of different products that I didn’t want. I told her I was fine buying the product at Amazon and she scoffed and walked away. It felt rude. I used to go to Sephora and I guess I’ll continue shopping at Sephora’s or Amazon’s websites so I can get my goods delivered to my house.

The staff here are amazing! I always have so many questions and they do such a great job helping me find what I'm looking for. They even color matched me and recommended a cream blush that I am now obsessed with!

Cameo was AMAZING she was extremely helpful and led me to all the products I needed and even pointed me in the direction of an amazing new foundation. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me one of the best ulta experiences i've ever had just by being kind and helpful.
