Really good price, chill and friendly man — discussed thoroughly what he went through, asked good and thorough questions regarding my laptop when trying to find the solution. The wait-time was perfect too. Highly recommended for anyone running into issues with their computers, top tier guy hands down.

When everything came crashing down, Bryan picked me back up.My PC had the worst issues I could ever imagine. It started blue screening, wouldn't stay on for longer than 10 minutes, and eventually stopped posting altogether. I tried replacing every component, trying every combination I could think of, and absolutely nothing worked. I eventually decided I should take it in to get worked on, and the instant I called Essential-IT, Bryan picked up with a personable tone and immediately figured out logistics.
