If you’re buying or own property in Shoreline, Seattle, or the Puget Sound area with an underground oil tank, assume it has leaked and be prepared for soil remediation.

I hired another contractor who took my money, did a portion of the work, and disappeared, leaving me with a contaminated site and permitting nightmare. Zeppelin Enterprises stepped in and saved the project! They expertly handled soil testing, permitting, Critical Area compliance, and Shoreline’s strict tree and ROW codes—all while keeping me informed.

Top notch work. I can't recommend this company enough. They installed temporary erosion control measures, excavated our footings for a 700 SF addition, cleared 60 year old overgrown mass of shrubs, backfilled dirt/gravel after concrete, moved boulders and graded our work area quickly, efficiently and within budget. If I had anywhere else to build, they would be the first company I contact.Services: Demolition
