BigSky is the best team to build a dental Clinic in PNW!!
From start to finish they helped in building our new dental clinic. Assisting us with choosing the right location from the options we had with multiple spaces, then they sent out quotes for each space and also by providing pro/cons for each space. Comapred with othe clinic developers, price was not cheapest but were all inclusive without hidden changes or missing scope, ultimately i made the best decision by hiring the best team ( BigSky).

I really enjoyed working with Big Sky for my start up orthodontic practice in Seattle. I highly recommend them for any project! There are so many people involved in a start up’s journey, but Big Sky stood out as being one of the most responsive and dependable. Dustin went out of his way to help with various aspects of my start up process. Especially with getting the right people on my team and getting my project back on the right path (where it may not have before). Ryan was amazing to work with. heard about Big Sky NW from the listing broker I purchased a building from and from a colleague of mine who owns several medical offices that Big Sky did the build out on. This is my 4th medical office build out (physical therapy office) so I have a fair amount of experience working with contractors and doing buildouts. I was impressed with Dustin and his team from beginning to end.
