This was the first time I had a vehicle detailed. Xavier and his team did a great job with their mobile detailing service. Starting with their communication as I had some questions before signing up for an appointment. Xavier was prompt and kind with all my questions. I received text and email reminders to make sure the day I picked still worked with my schedule. I wanted the exterior and interior detailed on my Hyundai Palisade. Xclusive was at my place for nearly 4 hours and were very through while paying close attention to everything about the vehicle. It actually looks better than when I drove it off the car lot in 2020.
