Provider was extremely thorough. Followed up by reviewing third party test results and then notifying me via phone call. Advised me to visit Emergency Department. I couldn’t ask for better care. Wait time was very short with provider and took the time to answer my questions. I would recommend this Provider.
The nurse practitioner, Stephanie, that I just had a visit with was very caring and figured out my medical issue right away. The receptionist was also very sweet with myself and my toddler. It was super easy to book online, especially last minute!
I was seen today by Stephanie Alteen, and she was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and made me feel heard throughout my visit. The front desk staff member, Sarah, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The medical assistant who brought me back, I believe her name was Jacqueline, was also wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns and communicated them to the provider ahead of time so Stephanie was prepared and able to address everything efficiently.
