I am so happy that I found this one main office. Amy was amazing from the very beginning to try and get me approved. It took over a week and she was so patient with us and was professional every time. Fast forward, they are still so awesome and always professional and nice. I would recommend this office!

A couple years ago I had a very rude reception from the people there. I recently went in and saw different people there this time and talked to Amy and she was very personable and professional which put me at ease. She explained and looked me in the eye when talking and when she needed assistance went to a co-worker and they solved it came back and finished that day. Cannot say enough about Amy and her co-workers on this day working as a team and got our Loan through. Thank you and I would recommend this team

One Main in Lacey is about the best lending organization that I have ever worked with. The people there are friendly and courteous and as helpful as they can be. They make the loan process easy and know exactly what you need and how to get it. Amy was easy to work with and knows her job well. Thank you for all your help.
