I just had an appointment at Olympia Vision in Lacey. The staff was friendly and the doctor was great. I've a rather complex optical issue. They explained what is happening with my vision and put together a treatment plan. I highly recommend this location.

My daughter had an emergent issue with her frames and our regular place was closed today (4/3/2023) so I called Oly vision and they had no issues with adjusting her frames. We received top notch service and was assisted with excellent service by the optician. Frames were corrected within 15 minutes or so and complimentary too. I will be calling again to get some sunglasses for me and daughter. They have quite a selection and even take CareCredit which is nice on a single parent budget! Thank you again for seeing us right away and correcting the crooked frames.

It took awhile to get an appointment but it was the same at all the other vision clinics too. They took down all my insurance info so I didn't have to worry about it the day of my appointment. The place is immaculate, the reception folks were very friendly and efficient with the few waivers/acknowledgements that I had to sign. My pre screener was very thorough and explained everything nicely. The Optometrist was able to fit me with contacts that corrected my slight astigmatism and I can see even better now! I'm going back to get glasses too!
