Olympia Vision Clinic Lacey is a welcoming and informative clinic. The staff provides great service and the eye exams are painless. The doctors are friendly and informative. The clinic helps patients with a variety of vision needs, including amblyopia. Patients have reported positive results from vision therapy and appreciate the clinic's help in achieving better vision.
My whole family was in need of a new eye care provider. My husband had a good experience, and more importantly, our 5 year old had a good experience. She was a bit nervous going to the eye doctor for the first time - everyone on staff worked to address her anxiety, and in the end it was a positive and learning experience. The doctor also did a great job of informing me of her eye health and what things we can do at home.
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience and working with us. I was very nervous about taking my son in, after how things went at Walmart for him. But he was able to get glasses he needs, and answered other questions we had about his eyes. I heard about this place by recommendation for a nurse, and so glad we got in to see y'all.
Dr Hawes is the most caring and thorough optometrist I have ever seen. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new optometrist.
