While vacationing in Olympia, WA to be with my daughter during her childbirth, I broke my tooth. I had to have a root canal and a crown that could not wait until I returned to my home state of KY.
Boy, am I glad I didn’t wait!
Christy, the technician, could not have been nicer, more welcoming , or more knowledgeable! She found some wax that I could fashion a tooth out of on my first visit. When I came in for the crown, she made sure I was comfortable by engaging in humorous conversation - a heated seat - massage - head phones for music or to watch TV or a movie - I felt like I was at a spa! We have been going to this dentist for almost 2 years now ever since we moved to the area. I am very impressed with the great work they do, their efficiency, and how comfortable they make their patients. I had recently chipped my big front tooth and this office was able to offer me a same day appointment, I could not make that one but I got in within 2 days. Dr. Ho did the exam and filling the same day, in less than an hour despite squeezing me into their busy schedule. I could not believe how they made my teeth look like nothing ever happened!! Been there a few times now for different things. I have been very impressed with all the staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. And Dr Ho is impressively quick and efficient. I was also super impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen. The staff worked with me and found an available time to get me in as soon as possible. Going to the dentist isn't always a fun experience, but this place goes above and beyond to make it as good an experience as it can be.
