I have been visiting New Nails for many years. The husband and wife team/owners are amazing! The salon is clean, sanitized, and relaxing. Your are not rushed, you are not pressured into buying more services, they provide services that you ask for and can give great recommendations as well. I love going there not only for the great service, but they are hilarious as well. Always positive, happy, funny and great service provided.
Wonderful customer service, texts ro confirm the appt time the day off and honors the reservation. Always does a good job with my ingrown toe nails but doesn't cause pain. Asks if I'm doing okay during the appt. I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else because this service is impeccable!!
Fantastic experience from beginning to end at New Nails. As someone who was really dreading getting a manicure due to my very short nails and chronic dry skin, I tried to do my research in finding a place that would make me feel comfortable and New Nails was truly the place. This salon is quiet and not overstimulating, and the staff (specifically Jack and Susanne) were fantastic and so kind. Even during a weekend appointment we didn't feel rushed in the slightest but everything was still done in a timely manner and done well. The price was very reasonable as well, 2 gel manicures one with full chrome dusting for $78 in total. 100% recommend this salon and we will be returning!
