Very friendly staff. The place is beautiful and has an amazing vibe. Sometimes you get a pretentious feel from these sorts of places but that is not the case at all here! It’s very clean and well kept. I do the hyperbaric chamber, sauna and cold plunge and the way I feel when I walk out the door is AMAZING and I cannot recommend these services enough to those around me! They are very easy to reach and being a text away from setting an appointment is so convenient. I also love that they have the LMNT drinks for purchase after the sauna.

I’ve been going to Nearing Total Health for almost 3 years and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Emily-Crunchy Muscles Massage is AMAZING, I can’t say this enough. I definitely recommend getting a magnesium soak prior to a massage. Not only is the environment relaxing, but it is exactly what my muscles need before a massage, especially when they are tight or hurting.
