I finally found relief thanks to Jonathan’s deep-tissue massage. He was able to release a very painful tension knot and ease a sore neck muscle that stress had been aggravating, which had been making everyday life difficult. I would highly recommend Jonathan at Meridian Energy Massage to anyone!

Loved my appointment with Lucy! I hadn't had bodywork in many months and she worked at softening my pain points so that I could benefit from session. I left relaxed, without a headache and stiffness that I walked in with.

Lucy was amazing! I just mentioned a stiff spot in my back before we started, which she definitely gave it some extra focus, but she inquisitively found old injuries and catered her massage around them. I have a knee missing some ligaments, an ankle I opted not to have surgery on and a hip that can flare up and lead to back pain - she didn’t need to know that, she found it all as she went. Will be going back!
