I dropped off my taxes the first week in March. One personal and one estate/trust tax. Three weeks later neither one was finished. Dave, in my opinion had no clue what he was doing. I received one call from him wanting me to get him the original price paid for my parents house when it was built in 1951. He wasn't willing to call the county and get all the info needed. I pulled my taxes and H/R had them done in 10 days. When I pulled my taxes they couldn't find my forms for the personal taxes either. Don't use this service, the one on Lacey Blvd.

My husband and I did our tax with them this year back in April 2020 and never got our tax return. I had to call their bank and IRS to ask where our check was. I found out that liberty tax had our check the whole time and was supposed to call us to let us know it was there and come pick up the check. They never called us, they left the office with no contact or notice and had our money since May. Never ever go to this company.
