I’m visiting from Germany and booked my appointment directly with the owner Jug. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Where I live in Germany, it’s especially difficult to find experienced barbers who truly know how to cut and fade African American hair. Since I was back in the States, I wanted a cut from a skilled professional that knows their craft.
Jug took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and paid close attention to every detail to make sure the cut came out right. His experience and professionalism showed throughout the entire appointment.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
If you’re looking for a quality haircut, experienced barbers, and great value for your money, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Washington.

Do not go here, the barber messed me up so bad then said the cut was $30. My haircut didn't even look close to the picture i showed him.

Our regular barber retired, so we’re looking for a new barber, & after visiting this shop, we’re still looking for a barber that can cut hair correctly at a reasonable price. Left with a substandard cut, but paid the highest price in town! Not impressed!

Just had an amazing experience with my son's barber, Feliciano! He gave my boy a fresh kids fade and line-up, and it came out perfect. What really stood out to me was how patient and gentle Feliciano was throughout the whole cut — he made my son feel totally comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting every detail just right. It’s not easy finding someone who’s both talented and great with kids, but Feliciano definitely nailed it. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and treats your little one with care and respect

I have been taking my two sons to Jugheadz for about two years and have never been disappointed. Taper...fade...they nail the cut each time! Was seen today by the owner, and once again satisfied customer! Great attention to detail...reasonable prices...great atmosphere! 5 Stars!

Great atmosphere and unbelievable skill. My son has received several hair cuts from Jugheadz. My boy has a curly challenging mop sitting atop his head. Jug works his magic and the boy looks his best. Thanks Gentleman.

I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and asked for a low skin drop fade, and ended up getting a haircut that looked nothing like the picture. For a $40 haircut, you wouldn’t think this would happen. Maybe the barber just didn’t like me, but I thought showing a picture would help
