Booked a Neveskin (sp?) facial with Tessa on a Thursday night on a promotional sale. Was excited to try something new and do some more self-care - Tessa was wonderful! She explained that I may not see results right away and I should book my next appointment for no more than 72 hours out. When I went to pay they weren't able to apply the promotion and I was told the manager would call me. I said I'd be happy to book my next appointment once I heard from a manager. No manager called. I called on Friday, Saturday and Monday. I had to initiate all communications and nobody ever followed up with me.

Anthony was impeccable and he is very much knowledgeable about muscle groups and just the body anatomy. Customer service was amazing and I felt welcomed.
