I should have looked at the reviews before scheduling an appointment with this company. I scheduled an appointment with this company to have my septic pumped a week ago. I checked in this morning to verify my appointment and verify they were coming out. I had already dug out the dirt to expose the lids so they can get the job done. Long story short they informed me that they were not going to make it after a wasted day keeping my schedule open for them to arrive. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time a tech actually arrived to inform me that he had exceeded his hours and that he needed to call in to his scheduler to get off the clock. He was nice... read full review

Don't call.these guys, they don't know if they can help clear an RV black tank.... Customer service wasn't sure if they could help..... It's a 2005 toy hauler , needs the Black water tank cleared out ... How hard is that to understand.... read full review

FloHawks charged us $381.76 to tell us our septic tank is running fine despite us having water back up in the home a few days before they could come out. The FloHawk technician said he could clearly see where the water level had been high before a couple days earlier when we immediately stopped using the water, so obviously there was an issue since the water was draining much slower than it should. They still passed it off as completely ok without even popping off the lid to the beginning of the leach field.
We had a bad feeling because FloHawks telling us everything is completely fine when clearly there was an issue. So we called a different septic... read full review
