I found Firefly Lacey in November 2024. The classes are terrific, and I have began seeing improvement in strength and flexibility within a couple of weeks. This is a great place to learn with great teachers, especially Ronny. He is awesome.
The owner is very responsive and helped me get a gift card set up for a dear friend needing some zen time (without kids, work and cellphones). The classes seem to have hit the spot, too!
