Their website has you disqualify yourself before you even see a physician. Young staff should be more professional. Seems like they had a pre conceived idea of what they wanted before the guy even looked at me.

I needed to get a Medical Recertification ASAP I was able to go in right away and no waiting more than 10 min. Got recertified back to work . Very experienced staff to help me with paperwork and very nice and personable to. I will not go anywhere else Thank you so much

I went in saying I think I have pneumonia. They ran tests and deemed I did not that I just had respiratory flu. Few days later after becoming worse I would into providence they easily confirmed I in fact did have pneumonia.
