Sean was just here to check our heat pump. As always, he was friendly, courteous and addressed the problem quickly. He even explained and fixed a couple things we didn't know about. We've used Capitol for over 20 years and we've never been disappointed.

Our AC was out for several days during high temperatures, Wes arrived on time, diagnosed the issue as a faulty control board, and was able to acquire a new one and replace it right away. Wes was communicative, professional yet friendly, and most of all was able to resolve our issue at a reasonable cost, avoiding a full replacement. Highly recommend Wes.
