“I’ve been going to Keiko for my curly cuts for 2 1/2 years, ever since I was stationed up in Whidbey Island! I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find a curly salon in the PNW for my biracial textured hair and kinky curls, but thankfully Keiko was able to take me on as a new client. Her dedication to curly hair is so obvious as she takes one on one care of your curls at every appointment. My curls always look their best after a visit to Keiko’s salon.
