Sometimes good, sometimes bad depending on massage therapist you get and how crowded the hydrotherapy is. Hard to get consistent positive experience.

I went to Yuan Spa in Totem Lake today and honestly had such a great experience. I went for the 1 hour hydrotherapy. This was my first time here and the staff was super friendly and walked me through everything so I never felt lost. The whole place is really thoughtful — they had lemongrass towels that smelled amazing, water available everywhere, and a nice relaxation room with snacks and really good hot tea.
My locker even had my name on it, and inside was a big towel, robe, and waterproof slippers, which I thought was a nice touch. The showers were great too, and they had this eucalyptus mist spray that smelled so refreshing I ended up buying one to take home.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and felt really taken care of. I’d definitely come back.

This place is amazing. They are polite and very professional! The facilitys are clean and functional. The locker room is stocked with everything someone would need. Robs and fresh towels. The hot tub is hot and nice. The cool tub is bubbly and inviting. The dry sauna with the salt wall is my favorite. I love going in and getting a good sweat on. They have a rinse shower and could wash clothes for your face and head. They have stocked cold water. It has everything. I will come back again and again.

After a previously less than great first-time experience, I was reached out to by supervisor Ginny who was so kind and gracious. I decided to try again and had the most wonderful experience here! The hydrotherapy was such a relaxing - and energizing - experience! And my service provider Tony is an angel on earth, so amazing.

Nice hydrotherapy facilities but more needs to be done to remind people coming in groups that this is a place to relax. Quiet zone signs are on 3 walls but do not prevent people from thinking it’s a swimming pool. Maybe a reminder at the time of booking and at check-in?

I had a very disappointing experience with Ani and the overall customer service. The process was unnecessarily stressful and complicated, and I also found the communication to be dishonest, which made the situation even more frustrating. This is the opposite of what you would expect from a spa that is meant to provide a relaxing experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

This is a wonderful spa with a wide variety of services and options. We chose the hour-long hydrotherapy session, and it was perfect. The facility provides towels, robes, and slippers, which is very convenient. There is also a nice relaxation room to enjoy before your session begins. Although the capacity is limited to 12 people, it can occasionally get a little bit loud if other guests do not follow the quiet signs. Despite that, it was a fantastic experience, and the shower mist was the best way to end the day

I booked a facial and hair removal service, and both were handled with so much care. My skin felt smooth and calm afterward, not irritated at all. The space feels welcoming and never rushed, which made the whole experience very enjoyable.
