I also had a recurring intestinal issue and they treated me like an adult and didn't make me come in repeatedly for the prescriptions needed to treat. This was ongoing for months before I finally had surgery to fix permanently, and I was very thankful that I didn't have to come in for a visit 10x. On another occasion I needed an appt for a migraine and there wasn't a doctor available. They were trying to set up an appt for the following day and a doctor who had a cancellation happened to be walking by the receptionist, heard my problem and took the call, took care of me right on the spot.Can't say enough good about Vera.
