Hard to get an appointment, but once you’re in, the physicians and support staff are EXCELLENT—and therein lies the rub. Too many patients and not enough physicians to care for an aging community. The quality of care is outstanding; access to that care is the challenge.
Shout out to Marti at the front desk for taking care of our family. Marti showed nothing but kindness and was so helpful with our last-minute (but urgent) needs. Doctors here have been wonderful to work with and are always on top of it.
Every doctor I have met here has been quick, professional and friendly. I need to go in with a list of questions and not be shy about asking them- they are always in such a rush.
My complaint is with BILLING. I received a bill in the mail for lab services, and checked my mychart. There, I have many hospitals from multiple states linked and I can see messages from them and my lab results.
I didnt see it there, so messaged them to ask if this was a scam. Turns out no, lab has their own very similar website that LOOKS like a scam and those working at the hospital do not have access to it.
