I’ve been taking my dogs to VCA Rose Hill for a long time and always had great experiences — the doctors and techs are wonderful and very attentive. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing due to the front desk attendant, Kim, who was very rude and impatient when I asked a simple question about my plan coverage, even hitting the desk with her hands and not letting me talk while I was trying to get some clarification. I’m still giving three stars because overall the clinic provides great care, but the front desk experience today was unacceptable.

Well as a pet owner of over 10+ years and had vets all over the country , this one is by far one of the best . Fairly priced and clear pricing and great communication with clients . I am coming back .

My big boy and I have been apart of VCA Bellevue for 5 years now! All the staff are absolutely incredible: the veterinarians, the assistants, the front desk staff- everyone is so so sweet and makes my cat feel so comforted and loved every single time we come in. Even when we have to do shots, they allow you in the space with your cat to comfort them and they are so gentle with the shots and any sort of medication. My cat doesn’t love the vet but he’s at least comforted coming to VCA :) we love love it! My questions are always answered, they do such thorough checkups to make sure your fur baby is all healthy, and they will always do a check in text or call to make sure they’re all good. Genuinely the best vet!!

Vet staff was awesome, doctor answered all of my questions. Everyone is really nice here. It’s middle-high ground for affordability though.

When we got Diego (Maltese) late in 2013 I asked my fellow commuters on a bus if any of them could recommend a good vet. Several persons immediately answered “Rose Hill VCA”—even one person who used a different vet due to cost of services but knew RHVCA by reputation. Diego was diagnosed early on with a seizure disorder and we are pleased with the quality, caring and personal veterinary treatment he has received from various vets there over the years. Now 5 y.o. Marmaduke gets regular wellness treatment. We had a great experience with Karen at the front desk for many years and now with Kim and Alice as well. Care Club is like an HMO for pets and has made it possible to provide both dogs with consistent treatment and frequent preventative care.
