This clinic used to be fantastic — friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. But ever since Optum took over, things have gotten… well, let’s just say “adventurous.”
It’s basically an urgent care now, with the excitement of never knowing which doctor you’ll see next. Appointments? Like trying to get concert tickets to a sold-out show. Test results? You might get them faster from a carrier pigeon.
The staff are kind and doing their best — it just feels like the system got way more complicated than it needs to be.
TL;DR: Getting care here takes a lot of patience and persistence.

I started going to this clinic a year ago because my primary doctor I used to have transferred here. All staff are very nice, professional, and helpful. I am never had to wait more than ten minutes for my doctor. My doctor is very professional And doesn't treat you like a number. She always asks ho my family is and ask how I am doing like she is part of my family. I would highly recommend this clinic. Also you don't have to go in for every little problem, if you message them through mychart they get back to you right away. Charged $1500.00+ for an annual physical with no complications! Don't trust them.Went to the Everett Clinic in Kirkland for my annual physical exam. Aside from mildly elevated cholesterol, I have no medical issues. No diagnosis or treatment was needed. It was an entirely routine annual physical. Everett Clinic billed my insurance more than $1500.00 for the annual physical. This is 5 times the maximum I've ever been billed before for a similar examination. I was not given any indication that the bill would be so large. It's far out of line with any provider I've experienced.
