I would not go here. I have been here twice and before going forward with my steroid injection I called three times to find out what my copay would be. Found out visit would cost at least $300 in addition to $30 copay and that's after they told me it was just 30. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible billing practices! Took my teen daughter with a broken foot bone to this place after our walk in clinic referred them. For a 10 minute office visit, which they used the walk in clinic x-rays, they charge not only a huge office visit fee but also an operation fee! Over $2130 for both charges. Called their billing department and asked them to review the charges as all the doctor did was look at an x-ray they didn't even take and there was no operation done. They called over a week later and said that the operation fee was correct. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BILLED FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T TAKE PLACE!

BEWARE! Their shady billing practices will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I was referred to the podiatrist by my PCP also at Evergreen Health under the assumption that it would be a specialist visit. Upon checking in for my appointment the receptionist charged me my normal $25 copay for a specialist visit. A few weeks later I received a bill for $600. I’ve spent multiple hours on the phone with both their billing department and my insurance trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Their office visits are billed as hospital visits NOT a specialist visit and they tack on a $300 facility fee not covered by insurance. Do not go here unless you have lots...read full review
