Our carpets looked great after Mikao's cleaning which was no surprise based on the reviews. I'm most appreciative of his integrity. We had some damage/discoloration on our landing caused by the hose. He made it right. He returned quickly, attempted to address, offered to bring in a contractor when that didn't work (not needed since we're planning on resurfacing) and issued a credit for part of the cleaning fee. Mikao did an amazing job cleaning carpets that smelled awful, as if they had never been cleaned beyond dry vacuuming, with lingering old pet urine odors.
