This is the second time we have used J & M and the first time here in our new home. Khalil was who we worked with and he was awesome! He was informative, answered questions and went above and beyond when he was here. He was efficient and a hard worker. At the end of service we had questions about doing other rooms in our house (next time) and he was very patient and answered all our questions! Our carpets look great, good price and we would definitely use Khalil and J&M again!
The cleaners arrived on time, were friendly, and completed the job quickly. There were a couple of wet spots on the tile floor that I cleaned up but otherwise they left no traces of their work except the carpets looking cleaned.The reason I can't give 5 stars is 3-fold. One, the original quote and the final price had a marked difference. I was told when the cleaners arrived that this was because stain removal would require their higher-end restoration service even though I stated I required stain removal when I was given the initial quote. Two, the stains weren't removed. When I followed up with the owner (who was very responsive), I was told I could use the spot remover they left to treat those stains. Ok, but then I'm confused about what I paid for them to do versus what I ended up doing myself. After an hour of on-my-knees scrubbing, I was able to lift out about 80-90% of the remaining stains (so their stain remover seems pretty good). Three, while on my knees I found pieces of either gum or candy embedded in the carpet fibers (rental unit) that I also spent time removing myself. While I understand this might not have been covered in the price, I would have expected a "restoration" cleaning service to at least find and point this out to me and offer suggestions.
Ricky cameToday to stretch and clean our carpet. He was absolutely great and did a highly Professional job. He was pleasant , answered all of our questions and explained the process. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely use again and tell neighbors. Thx for the great job
