Clients appreciate that he truly listens, follows directions, and understands the client’s hair, especially thick, curly, or frizzy middle eastern hair that can get weighed down easily. He is patient, professional, kind, and has incredible attention to detail. The experience is described as a great experience, with natural and well blended color, and a haircut exactly what was wanted. Customers love the personal 1:1 experience, and note the blowouts are amazing with brush only, no curly irons necessary. He works fast but with care. Clients have been coming for 7+ years and say he is the only person they trust with their hair. The salon has a great location, and the atmosphere is comfortable and uplifting. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to Shahab at ShaStar Salon for about 9 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair or beard. Every single cut is consistently outstanding, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is exactly how I want it. He’s incredibly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about doing great work. One thing I really appreciate is how open he is to feedback—he listens, communicates well, and always makes sure I leave happy. Shahab is truly an amazing hairstylist and colorist. I have been seeing him for years, and I am very picky about who touches my hair because it is thick, curly, and can get weighed down easily. He is the only person who can blow-dry it to perfection and consistently give me the perfect haircut.
What makes him stand out is that he really listens. He follows directions, understands the client’s hair, and has incredible attention to detail. Great experience! I’m very happy with my haircut, hair color, and balayage. The color turned out natural and well blended, and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. Shahab is really professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this salon.
