Well i was already kind of in a hurry and there were a lot of people using the spray tan. As soon as it was my turn it wasn’t turning on, I tried calling the front but it wasn’t going through over and over…. I told her my situation and that I had to leave and she really showed no remorse and said great have a good day. This place needs another spray tanner and some better customer service

At age 40 I haven’t been tanning in years! But with my wedding coming up a glow is necessary. I popped into Seattle Sun Tan in Kirkland and was warmly greeted by the manager, Taylor. She was patient reviewing the optimal packages and gave me a complete tour of the Facility, which was impeccably clean. She made me feel comfortable and took her time talking about the best options for my timeline. Each time I’ve been back the staff has been just as gracious and I’m thrilled with my results! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Last Monday I was in the area and stopped by to inquire about self tanner. The young woman at the desk was absolutely phenomenal in helping me find exactly what I needed. I’m sitting here grateful for her as the tanner evened my skin tone and provided color without looking orange. I wish I caught her name!!

I have frequented Seattle sun tan for years, I thought all locations would be held to the same standard. I THOUGHT WRONG. They are extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I watched I think her name was Jordyn she said, vaping at the front desk and use the same towel to clean multiple beds. This gave me the ick. After requesting another towel to spray down my bed she rolled her eyes at me, and told me I could if I really wanted to. I'm not sure if I receive this treatment because I'm a person of color, but I felt extremely uncomfortable and won't be returning. I found out they own multiple locations in the east side area, and will now be transferring my membership to TROPICAL TAN. Considering there job is relatively easy, I don't understand why i was treated with so much hostility and disrespect. Pleasw think twice before tanning here.

I usually visit the Juanita seattle sun tan and it's amazing !! There system was down today which was never there fault . The amazing employees at Juanita called the totem lake (this location) to make sure we'd be accounted for. Me and my friends get spray tans at least 3 times a month! While arriving to the totem lake location. We were greeted rudely by the girl. running the register. I began the payment process for a spray tan. I pay 18 dollars every time I have visited as I am under 18 and they have a student discount. Named 18SUNLESS. This code never expires until you are no longer under the age of 18. The girl began to ring me up and told me it came out to 38 dollars . This price was incorrect. We left and saw the worker staring, rolling eyes, and mocking us through the window. Our lovely friend at juanita called the totem store and explained this Rule. The worker and even the customers inside this store were super rude and treated us poorly just because we were younger. Me and my friends are frequent users of seattle sun tans offerings. This experience was just sad .

Came in to set up my $5.99 membership deal for member day yesterday and the girl who was working set me up with some discounted lotions as well and cleared my balance from years ago that I didn't know I had which I'm grateful for. The beds were nice and I love the red light therapy. Highly recommend Seattle Sun Tan

So, I had the unlimited spray tan membership, and it was all good until I went to this location. I got there around 30 minutes before closing. The girl working at the front desk was rude af, saying that she wouldn’t let me tan cause there was a couple people waiting already and she was standing up since 7am and she just wanted to go home. I was in chock for a few seconds. She said if I wanted to tan I should’ve gone earlier or go back the next day. I literally went there straight after work, I couldn’t go earlier. And also it’s important to say I was not arguing with her, she was saying all that while I was in shock just staring at her. Anyways, I had time to go back to my car, do some internet research, drive to the new location near Juanita beach, get my tanning and leave, all this before closing time. Sooooo….Anyways, I really hope this person doesn’t work there anymore! This happened in July 2022. I canceled my membership after this happened and now I go to Tropical Tan.Service: Tanning
