I will caveat this by saying I have since left the US and have not been a member for at least 3 years. However I do believe in givbing credit where its due. I have been recently having muscoskeletal issues due to flat feet which I have had my whole life. During my physiotherapy appointments I just realised that its not that the issues suddenly started, but during my time in the US as a member of Bstrong the issues that should have inevitably happened where actively prevented by my regular classes at Bstrong. Without me even realizing it. At the time my main motivation was to lose weight but clearly the programming at Bstrong is so intentionally devised for overall wellness that it prevented complications of fallen archs for me without even realising it. Its unfortunately only now I am realising this. I have fond memories of the gym and hope that it has remained largely the same if not better. As someone with no Bstrong, I highly recommend this gym for your overall wellness.
2020 Review
I have been going to this gym regularly since I live nearby. Its the best in the area due to so many reasons. The workouts are very effective - I have become stronger this past year thanks to them (+ losing 20+ lbs ?). The instructors are very kind, attentive and care about all the members. I was especially touched during the initial days of the pandemic - they found ways to keep everyone active and healthy - virtual workouts, youtube workouts, regular articles on healthy living. The community is also fantastic - before the pandemic we used to have get-togethers occasionally, which I loved. Everyone is very kind. Bstrong is not just a gym- its a fitness community ❤️“

12708 Northup Way, Bellevue“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

His understanding of the bio mechanics of the human body and resistance training makes it possible for him to tailor exercises to specifically target areas which need work. Highly recommend more beneficial than going to a physical therapist.“

Jamie Clayton is an absolute treasure. She is smart and knowledgeable. I credit her completely with helping me through a healthy vegan pregnancy, guiding me during breastfeeding, and teaching me how to feed my baby his first foods. I think she’s the best and I highly recommend her.“

Not only when the pandemic hit she followed not only the state but also the federal CDC guidelines. The reason for the 30 day wait was her choice of course but it was to make sure that any of her clients may not have a reaction to having the vaccine and whatever the treatment that she might be offering them granted I didn't want to have wait 30 days but I did based off of my respect for her and her knowledge base Cassandra has written multiple articles in the scientific field not only with the health and beauty but also with regards to your nutrition and your wellness on your face and skin and nails. This person who gave this review obviously doesn't know Cassandra because even on her worst day she would never speak rudely to anyone her customers are most important to her. I have received the best service, advice and products from Cassandra; and HANDS down recommend her to everyone!“

I've been struggling for a very long time concerning my weight - my weight fluctuated a lot since high school and at some point during covid I even hit 180 pounds and for my height I was definitely overweight. I was tired of the way I viewed food (did those crash diets out of desperation - didn't work of course). When I started seeing her, she showed me how to make small changes in my lifestyle and never made me feel guilty for how I reacted towards food. One of the best day was going to her and feeling guilty while telling her that I gave up one night and ate a lot of sweets even I had decided I wouldn't and she told me that I should not feel guilty and instead after eating - wake up the next day and reflect on it to try to find out what could have caused my sudden urge to eat whether it was something that stressed me or some other emotions. She kept reminding me that it's a process and to never feel guilty - if it happens it's okay just reflect on it the next day and keep track of it or a log book. Since then, it's like something clicked for me and I am currently at 140 pounds and I make lifestyle choices instead of sticking to strict diets. Thank you so much for all the help - I would 100% recommend her!“
